Random Acts of Fresco strives for complete customer satisfaction.
While they take every measure to prevent issues, damages or defects can occasionally occur. Customers are advised to review the return and replacement policies below.

2. Merchandise Returns

Customers not completely satisfied with their purchase may return it under the 21-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
Returned items must:
- Be in original (new and undamaged) condition.
- Be properly packed, insured, and trackable by the chosen carrier.
Refunds will only be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

3. Restocking Fees

No restocking fees apply to general orders.
Once an order has shipped from the store, it cannot be canceled and is subject to the return policy.
